I was very displeased with my recent visit to Pavilion. As I entered the office I was greeted by the assistant manager, she was very nice but dismissed me when I told her I didn't need to move until July or August because they have a 30 day notice. I asked if I could get some information about the community and floor plans and she pointed me over to the brochure at the leasing agents desk. Mind you the leasing agent stayed facing away the whole time. She spent more time explaining to me about the pricing system that they use and how complicated it is rather than telling me the information I wanted about the community. I could see some of the amenities are close by and I was not offered a tour of anything. And I could see from the website pictures that looked like a model but I did not get to see that either. I left very disappointed and kind of sad because I can imagine a lot of people that could come into the office that could really need a place and that could be the place for them but because of the poor office staff they go elsewhere. I don't usually write reviews this experience just really stuck with me.
