I moved to Woodwind in August of 2010. I originally signed up for a 1 year lease. The rental manager, changed my lease to a 9 month lease, without my knowing, and increased my rent in the process. The maintenance staff is slow to address problems, though they address them correctly. I've had my air conditioning unit out several times; and this is my second consecutive summer without air conditioning (2012, 2013). They are actually good about addressing cockroach issues; but you have to watch the guy literally apply the gue to the cracks and sidewalls to make sure he actually does the job.
