Garage gates and garage entrance door to elevator constantly broken for the last 6+ months. Stained/messy hall carpets & stairwells where people leave beer cans, fast food trash, etc. Valet trash service is expensive and either inconsistent in pick up times are residents don't know the schedule - often multiple units have trash (and large piles) sitting in the hall for more than 24 hours. Even my infrequent visitors comment on how unsightly and foul the trash is. Thin walls and floor/ceiling; neighbors upstairs always seem to be jumping/slamming to the ground and wearing heels walking around. Also seems like there's a lack of respect of pet owners on property - pet waste is not picked up and disposed of and pet pee often running from/stains areas near exterior doors. At least there was attempt to curtail this with multiple notices of 'wanted' offenders. New management is much better than former Alliance; regular community social events by mgmt is nice touch. However I'm super annoyed how they took up the 4-5 closest-to-elevator parking spots and made them reserved spots you pay extra for. I've seen ZERO cars park here since they were created - what a waste of space and disservice to the community to make more money on top of downtown rent prices! Speaking of, the guest parking situation is a headache. Staff is friendly & responsive, however more attention and upkeep to reflect the luxury building 422 is marketed as, is needed. Or perhaps the residents need some lessons on how to live in a shared community. Not sure what side of the building these 4 and 5 star reviewers live on....
