My sense of community has deteriorated over the years but most notably with the incorporation of The Guild. I dont know my neighbors because there are so many unfamiliar faces staying in the building temporarily. The Guild customers are not considerate to the cleanliness, security or noise level in the building. They have no incentive to care for any of the things I value in my home. I continue living at the AMLI because of the location and my floor plan. The parking costs and the property management team makes it difficult to want to stay.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your feedback as we are always striving to improve. We are disconcerted to see that you feel this way. We sincerely hope that all of our residents find value in their choice to live at AMLI on 2nd as well as with what we have to offer our residents. We do partner with the Guild and if you notice that there are particular guests that are not adhering to the rules in place here at AMLI on 2nd please do report this when it is occurring so this can be addressed as the expectation is that they follow all of the same rules as any other AMLI on 2nd resident.
