I visited for the second time on the day that Weinstein Properties to possession of the property from the previous owners in mid-August. They office was controlled chaos, but they staff (including and especially Shannon) did everything that they could to make sure our time spent here was well worth it. We moved in at the end of Sept. There were no problems with the move in and again the staff was amazing. There have been some "change-of-hands-snaffoos," but that is to be expected.
Since moving in Weinstein has done its best to update everything. They started with making sure the safety of the property was up to date. Now they are working on the landscaping and I love the change. The previous owners obviously did not care to keep up with it, but Weinstin is doing a great job and making everything look like it should.
The maintenance guys are great! They take care of the property very well, and the maintenance supervisor has never failed to take care of things on the property, even when it wasn't part of his job.
The office staff, particularly Shannon, is wonderful. She has done everything she could to make sure that we were taken care of, no matter the situation.
We do have some rude neighbors that like to rev their engines or blare their music. Other than that, it is fairly quite and we like to sit with the doors and windows open when the weather allows because it is really just that pleasant.
I do wish that the City of Austin would bring bus services farther out this way, and they are starting to build more things for shopping and restaurants in the area, but right now there really isn't much around. Aside from this, everything is wonderful.
The apartments themselves are beautiful on the inside. I love the look of the floors, and cabinets. The layout is wonderful. The master bedroom is large enough to not only fit my king size bed, but the huge dressers that come with the set as well! I have one of the garages and it is worth the price for the convenience of having one on property.
