Resident · 2019
I was a resident at Bexley tech ridge for over 4 years. Moved out in November of 2019. While I was there I had my car stolen and my apartment broken into, they not only had a broken gate, provided no assistance with police or ever contacted me on matters. (I have police reports). When I moved out, I found that the roommate that I was matched with by the leasing office(previously the springs), had assaulted my girlfriend. She filed a police report as well as met with a psychiatrist could longer find him or contact him. I had already given him my share of the 200 dollar move out bill. When I contacted there corporate office as well as Savannah the property manager, I was told to pay the assaulters share. That was there policy. No one asked about her well being. If you here a different account of the situation from them, I recorded the phone calls, and can furnish to anyone even thinking of looking at this, refuge and assitors to Sexual assault. They reward attackers, with no feeling for victims.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback of our community. As you know, our team has been in touch with you numerous times in order to resolve this matter. We do apologize that you felt our team was not empathetic towards your situation. Of course we sympathize with you and it was never our intention to make you feel this way. Through our discussions, we were able to explain your account status and what you and your roommate were responsible for. Unfortunately, if a payment is not received both leaseholders are responsible for the balance. We are unable to apply the balance to one leaseholder and not the other. We encourage you to reach back out to us if further clarification is needed. Our team is happy to speak with you again. We can be reached at (512) 719-9000 or visit bexleytechridge.com. We wish you all the best!
