Blunn Creek is full of unhelpful and ignorant staff that apparently don't do anything for tenants besides taking their money.
I had the unfortunate circumstance of not being able to rent this property (which I am glad now) because the staff decided my application was not good enough. Fine, thats okay take my application fee but my holding deposit of 300.00???
As far as a income restricted property I would have thought the staff would be more helpful in finding an apartment that fits my lifestyle/financial needs but instead they badger me to hold the apartment with a deposit and never speak with me again.
They feel that an incomplete application (accident) gives them the right to keep a holding deposit (mind you out of ten apartment for lease I was holding only one for ONE day) and not call or explain to their applicant on why they are so entitled.
Phillip Jackson at the desk was more than unhelpful by not going through this properties made up application process (which I think might be illegal when not being certifiably TAA) but not answering any email or phone call when asking why this had happened. So quick to push a person with calls and emails for deposit and once you have someones hard earned money your all of a sudden way too busy??
The process is pretty standard people,, deny an application,, keep the application fees, give back the holding deposit. What the hell do you need 300.00 for holding your crappy apartment for one day??
I made the mistake of not looking at this properties ratings before this locater showed us the place and found that most tenants have issues living there e.g. maintenance, theft, noise, LAZY IGNORANT STAFF, etc.
CAPSTONE MANAGEMENT is a horrible management company to do business with. If you want to be completely ignored then by all means....but you are wasting your money with broken down properties that may look okay on the outside but are constructed on cheap architecture and lies. I dont know how these people live with themselves.
