The apartment is great... once you close the door. So I didn't realize you didn't need a tx id or a SS card to move in here.. seriously. I went to hand it to them and they told me they didn't need it. I wondered why. Our first night here there were police and booming tejano and rap music. We have a baby and the music effects her sleep. I have called the police too many times to count. Today I broke up a fight with a bunch of hood rats that were pushing down a little girl that was trying to stop the fight. They do have washer/dryer connections, and I would suggest you use them because the washers and dryers are always taken. (There are 10 of each for 13 buildings!!! The pool is always surrounded my older -------- men leering at you. The parking sucks... if you can even get in because of the countless kids on bikes blocking everywhere... where are your parents?? So, I have lived here for the last 4 months and almost every day I dream of the day I will not be bound by a lease here. Before you make any decisions about this seemingly pretty property, drive thru here at night. You will turn around and drive back out, trust me. If the management only cared about the selection of people allowed to live here, it would be a nice property.
