Over the past year I have had many maintenance issues and most have been completed in a timely manner. I thought about moving at the end of my lease that was up earlier this month (Feb. 2021) but due to COVID and a lack of finances I was unable to move. The main reason I was going to move was the water getting turned off for repairs (at least 5-6 times in the last half of 2020). Due to the broken pipes I still do not have hot water after all water to my apartment was shut off 9 days ago. I only received running cold water after being without for 8 days. It seems to me that there are still units that have NO running water.

Overall I have been incredibly pleased with this apartment. The location is amazing and the price, for this area, is good. I looked at several other complexes in this area and this was the cheapest per square foot. The apartment itself isn't quite as nice looking as some of the others (appliances are older) but the price is MUCH lower.
