I've been living here for over six years and for the most part have been happy. Unfortunately I've had some difficulty getting Megan the most recent manager to return my calls. About a month ago I called in to the office to let them know about a resident in my building who for the past year has been parking in regular parking and guest parking although they have a garage and driveway. I had thought to just let them know and be done with it. I have my own parking space and therefore it doesn't affect me except when I have guests. I basically just wanted to be helpful to let them know since I know they can't be everywhere and know who is doing this. I do realize that parking is a big problem here. When I called I was told they couldn't do anything about it and I would need to speak to Megan. Well I've left several messages and she will not call me. They keep offering me her email address. At this point it has become not about parking but about her ignoring me. As I said I have my parking and was just trying to be helpful. Apparently they are not interested or truly concerned. A note on the door of this resident would have done it and a call to me as well.
