My buddies and I chose BGA because of its location and its reasonable pricing. It is literally a quarter mile from I35 and we're paying just over $1,200 for a spacious three-bedroom with granite countertops and wood floors (except the bedrooms which are carpeted)...an apartment you'd be paying $2,000 per month if it was in Austin. The grounds are kept clean, there is ample parking, and crime is minimal. It's close enough to Austin if you want to go downtown, but far enough away that traffic isn't horrendous...it's not light by any means, but it's nothing compared to downtown. The front office staff is really easy to work with and they are happy to help. If no other residents are in the office, I'll usually chit chat with them for a while. While there is a club across the street, it isn't too bad. I live in a unit that faces the club and every now and then you can hear some bass, but it isn't overpowering by any means. I've been living here for about a year, and I can count the number of times I've heard my neighbors on one hand. Overall, a great place to live.
