The leasing agents and maintenance staff are terrific, but the best part of living here is the peace and quiet. No traffic noise. No construction noise. The setting, adjacent to the green belt is perfect!

In general, I have been pleased by the relaxed atmosphere of the apartment complex. Maintenance issues are resolved a bit slower than I would like, but, when done, they are done satisfactorily or better.

Very quiet. Generally well maintained. Maintenance is slow to respond. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is always an issue. Rules seem to be enforced arbitrarily. Rent goes up every year significantly.

You fix the wrong things. You recently installed SmartRent, giving us new locks & a new thermostat. Yet there was nothing wrong with the old ones. Meanwhile, it's my toilet & garbage disposal that jam regularly.

It's an ok apartment, big enough but outdated. The neighborhood & the area are nice, except for that time of the year when we have power outages. Neighbors are too loud specially at night, that's my major complaint

Nice and quiet and a small complex which makes it great! Also very good people working in the office. Also within a 3 miles radius or about you've got everything for your every day need, entertainment, restaurants and much more!!!

It is a good community and very peaceful. I wish that there was a playground for kids on the property. I have had no other issues. A hot tub would be nice but not necessary. *************************

Channings Mark is an amazing community. The property Manager Abby is outstanding and is great at resolving issues that residents have. This community is not only beautiful, but also very economical. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Worst place to live run don’t walk!!
