I've lived in Channing's Mark for four years and my experience has been really positive. The current office staff is amicable and helpful (Stephanie, Kilish, and Daisy), and my maintenance requests have been handled efficiently and within 24-48 hours. The neighborhood is peaceful and off of the main road, parking is sufficient, and it's great to have the scenic greenbelt right behind the complex (sunsets are really nice and there's also several families of meandering deer and nature around). Channing's Mark is also located in a great area of Northwest Austin, is a hop skip & a jump away from The Arboretum and Domain, and has easy access to 183, Mopac, and scenic 360. I've lucked out with friendly neighbors throughout the years, but recommend a 3rd floor unit, regardless, since the apartments are older and insulation is not as stellar as you would find in a newer complex. My only other con is that the breezeways seem to collect a lot of dust, dirt, cobwebs, etc. that could use some pressure-washing every couple of months. I have lived in 3 apartments complexes off 620 and one complex off 183/Anderson Mill, and Channing's Mark has been my favorite. I'm very happy here, overall, and plan to renew for a fifth year.
