I loved it here. If we didn't need to move into a bigger place closer to UT campus, I'd stay in the complex and move into a 2 bedroom! The staff is incredibly courteous and very polite, we were even on first name basis. Although if you ever have any requests (maintenance or otherwise), you might need to remind them each day till it's done. It isn't so bad anymore, now that you can submit your requests online (and pay rent, which is fantastic!) and don't have to make it in during normal hours. When I submit online, it gets done within 24 hours. They also just re-roofed the entire complex, so they definitely care about their tenants. I had some serious leaks during a few big storms and it wasn't long after that they started repairs for everyone. 2 pools -- pretty well taken care of during the season. 2 laundry rooms, BOTH JUST RENOVATED. I have a 3rd floor unit, so I get plenty of light. But they have lots of trees around, so I can see how lower units get a lack of. Extremely pet friendly. Most of my neighbors are awesome, except the "lady" living below me... she thinks it's acceptable to hot box my apartment at random times of day. Only real complaint would occasionally be noise. I can here the same neighbor at night boning, but she's just loud anyway. And I can hear the shower/toilet flushing for the neighbor to the right. But that's it -- you can't really be mad at hearing water running from the bathroom in an apartment. Overall, great staff. Great location. Well taken care of grounds and buildings. Fast maintenance crew. Love this place :)
