Do not use the electronic rent payment method. If there is an error in any part of the process, the apartment management will say nothing can be done on their end and direct you the the third party payment processor, the processor will say nothing can be done and blame the property management and your bank, and you will be out hundreds of dollars in late fees and fines. Everyone is very nice while not assisting a bit. One of the worst customer service situations I've experienced.
