The staff is great, but the building is old and need some major upgrades. The A/C unit looks like it hasn't been replaced since the complex was built in the early 80s. It is horribly inefficient. During the summer last year it never cooled the apartment down and still cost us $250 on our electric bill. When I asked the staff to look into it, they said they could only charge the A/C with freon. That didn't help at all. Overall the complex is OK, but hopefully some of the other units have better A/C units. Otherwise I would not live here as the electric bill is far too high.

Thanks for writing a review. No one should be without A/C in Texas! Please give me a call, 512.346.4853, or stop by the leasing office so I can help you submit a maintenance request to get your A/C working properly. Thanks again for writing a review.
