Resident • 2000 - 2001 Not Recommended
It was good at first... having W/D in the unit was a big plus. But when I needed the management to change the names on the bills so I would actually get them in the mail (roommate had moved out), they were unresponsive. Sure, they were nice about it and said they´d get it done, but it was never done -- even though I followed up at least 4 times! I managed to somehow get through 5 months like this. Also, they changed the water billing format without any sort of notification. They claim they left a note on every door, but I really don´t consider that proper or even safe notification, especially if someone could just take it away. Also they screwed us over on the deposit.
