These units are substandard at best. From the outside they appear well maintained; however, the inside is dated and not properly maintained or updated. The cabinets (at lease mine) are warped, the new floor is not installed properly and is busting at the seams. The carpet is old upstairs and I was told it was too expensive to replace the stairway carpet. My dishwasher is still missing the rollers and my refridgerater is broken; when I pull out the drawer the shelf comes with it. The screen is missing on the upstairs window and there is no shower head upstairs. Let's talk about the bathrooms, aside from being very dated, the sinks are cracking and when I step in the tub/shower I hear it tear from the wall and I am sure it will eventually come out completely--not safe. There are some postives like the garage, and wood blinds but that is all. The walls have been painted so many times I can peel the paint off. The fireplace is filthy and the backyards have no grass just dirt. When the realtor rushed me through stating if I do not take it now it will not be available because others are interested and I was in a time crunch. However, since I have moved in several units have been up for lease. The house was being painted and repaired when I looked at it so a lot of the things were not obvious. Maintence is friendly and responsive when you move in; however, the work is half ---. The manager is so nice when you move in but her true self comes out a few months later. She rarely answers the phone or emails. You need to send certified letters. Unfortunatly I have 9 more months so I will cross my fingers that nothing serious happens and I will buy my own appliances.
