I was mostly pleased with the place for the majority of the time I lived there, since I usually didn't have any difficulties, but whenever a problem did arise, maintanence was usually slow and unresponsive (my stair step has been broken for 10 months now).

What really changed my opinion was when I was broken into. My window had been broken so I had called the "emergency maintenance number" which was unstaffed and had to leave a voicemail, which was never responded to. I left another message the next morning, and when I saw the maintenance guy later he said he had not received any message. I'm PO'd that my neighbors in the complex had been broekn into the week before (including the unit next to mine) but that there was no notification made to residents to take precautions or I might have bought a tension bar for the window.

Other than that I was generally fine with the place, it was agravating having central heating and having the heater left on all weekend when a warm front comes in. It's an OK place, if you're not too picky it should be suitable, just watch out for golf balls and vulnerable windows.
