While we thank you for the kind words you had to say about our maintenance team, we can see you have some feedback for our team. We understand you communicated with our leasing team your intent to vacate at the end of February 2020 and a notice to vacate form was given to you to fill out and return. Unfortunately, we did not receive the notice to vacate until March 10th. Our team called you twice prior to the end of February as a friendly reminder to please return the written notice to vacate. We understand preparing to move-out can be challenging when you're trying to ensure every necessary step is taken. But, it is important to ensure all documents are delivered to our leasing office in a timely manner to abide by our lease agreement with you. We'd be happy to review your lease with you and answer any questions you have regarding your account. No fines for pet waste violations have been assessed for your account, and we haven't had any recent reports of vehicle break-ins. We invite you to please give us a call at (512) 301-5200 where a member of our team will connect you with our Community Manager.
