When we first went to look at the apartments one of our main concerns was how the water was billed since we are rarely home and do not use much water. We were told that we would be billed depending on how much water we used. Great news for us. Unfortunately we were unaware of how incompetent the staff was at the time. Three months later we come to find out that the water is allocated. When I called and asked to speak to the manager all she said was, "Well there's nothing I can really do about it now". Great customer service. Anyhow, not only do you get the pleasure of being catered to by a fully competent staff (note the sarcasm), you also get to fix anything that is wrong with the apartment by yourself. I suggest going on pinterest and finding DIY (do it yourself) projects so you can get whatever you need fixed. I've called since I moved in (October) to have somethings fixed, and still have to call, every other week. The things that I asked for have not been fixed. Anytime I call up to the office the girls seem as though if they are being asked to do something that is outside of job description. It really makes me wonder if the hunt club requires a high school diploma to hire staff for the front desk or if all they require is to be able to speak and communicate with humans, which they clearly have trouble with. I'm normally not one for writing reviews but the staff is HORRIBLE. I would suggest NOT TO MOVE here. Pay a little extra and go to the Marquees or The Preserve at Rolling oaks. Avoid living here. Crappy service full of stuck up wanna be barbies. Not bueno.
