The application process was easy and the price of apartment was reasonable. Lydia in the office is great. The move in was rough. I was told to be there a certain time to pick up keys and the door was locked and no one was there. Was told they were having a meeting, but myself and a couple other people were outside waiting to pick up keys. Also I had hired a mover I was paying by the hour, who was also waiting. Plus it was super hot outside so that didn't help. The make ready was so so. Living room carpet needed to be cleaned, bathtub was dirty and the underneath of soap dish slimy. Bugs and dust on window seals. Batteries in the thermostat for A/C were corroded and leaked on wires. They did come and replace it quickly that was like day 4 that the thermostat thing happened. The day of move in the A/C unit was frozen over and had to be fixed, which they did quickly. The maintenance guys are great. And complex grounds are nice. Layout of apartment is cool, it's roomy. Washer and dryer in unit. Appliances in my unit were clean and in working order.
