Kensington Green Apartments

I enjoyed living at the Kensington. My neighbors were very nice, friendly people. I try and avoid living near the college croud- even though this place was semi-close to campus, it for whatever reason doesn't attract a lot of college students. I would definetly opt for the hardwood floors if they're still an option. My only problem with this apartment was the lack of light and windows. It's the most important ammenety to me when apartment searching. You don't have a private deck/patio (unless you're one of the lucky 9 apartments that offer it). I really liked how natural the grounds are. Yeah, the place next door is pretty scary- wouldn't suggest walking around alone at night but the grounds are kept clean and maintained. I was pretty upset they filled up the swimming pool we overlooked too and then denied access to the other one (said it was leaky?) No workout center, no w/d hookups but the laundy center has MASSIVE DRYERS! After moving out, my deposit was returned to me in a timely manner. I'd reccomend the place for a single person, a couple or a family.
