I have lived here for almost 8 months, and this is by far the best apartment community I have lived in in my 15 years of renting. After living in a nightmare of a complex for two years, I was blessed to find Madison when my lease was finally up. From the very beginning I felt at home, in large part due to how D'Sean (Assistant Community Manager) handled my tour and how accommodating he was when I wanted to see my apartment before the move-in date so my 5 year old son could visualize our new home and feel more secure in moving to a new place. For the month and a half before COVID 19 hit, the office regularly had community meetings and/or treats for residents. The one meeting I was able to go to before shutdown was "Pizza With Police," where the district rep from APD was there to answer questions about safety, as well as to educate residents on how to maintain a safe community (like how to best prevent car theft, how to report something that doesn't seem right, how to be safe when walking the property at night, etc). After having a lot of safety concerns/scares at my last apartment and being a parent to 2 kids under the age of 6, it was really comforting to have the opportunity to chat with someone from APD (the pizza was also very comforting). This meeting was also a great way to see and get to know the office and maintenance staff I hadn't had a chance to meet yet, and NO ONE batted or rolled an eye when my kids started being kids and began running around once they finished their pizza and got restless. Speaking of the maintenance staff, I was admittedly a little concerned after I put in my first work order a couple weeks ago about how long it was taking to hear anything back. I understood COVID really put them behind, but I was still confused/worried that they still seemed so backed up. Right around the time I started to convince myself that Madison was going to be just as bad about repairs as my last apartment (I spent the last 6 months without an oven because maintenance never came back with the part they needed to fix it), I reached out to management and got clear communication about exactly why it was taking so long. While that helped me empathize, I still worried that I was just getting all talk, but based on all of my past experiences with staff and management, I had faith that what I was being told was true. The next day Jos? and Drew from maintenance came by to look at a leak on my bedroom ceiling, and I got an even better understanding of how hard they have been working in order to catch up and get to as many residents as possible. They were professional and knowledgable, and even though they were on a time crunch after they addressed the leak, Drew was patient and stuck around as my Dad tried to explain an issue I was having with the toilet. Today (4 days after my emergency ceiling leak was addressed), Drew and Kyle came by to fix my toilet AND to begin to work on the things I had mentioned in my original work order I had previously feared was being ignored. Once again they were professional and knowledgeable, and they did as much as they could before they needed to pack up because it was the end of the day. All three of the guys on the maintenance team here at Madison very quickly eased the fears I was having before - they are most definitely nothing like the neglectful maintenance crew I dealt with at my last apartment. They absolutely maintain (hehe) the reputation the entire staff here at Madison has earned with me since even before I moved in. In summary of this review that has gone on entirely too long: I love it here, and most of that has to do with the superb office/management/maintenance staff. And the tennis court. Did I mention they have a tennis court? How could you not want to live here?

    D'Sean is amazing!! I chose this property because of it's many positive reviews that are proving to be true! Great staff, great amenities, great grounds, and an amazing tennis court and dog park! We love it here!
