When we moved in 4 years the girl that helped us was great. She was so great that within our 1st year she was promoted to a property manager at a new location. We didn't have too many problems, so we rarely went to the front office. The maintenance staff was friendly the main guy was always working on something ever on his day off. But the last 3 years has been a parade of headaches. The front gate was never working, the pool is always closed in the summer, the weight room takes forever to get fixed, and the office manager Blanca is terrible. We have stayed because now that our son is in school, we want to stay in the area. The price we have for the size is great and we have not found anything close to that price ( we have looked every year) but even when we tried to upgrade into a bigger apartment the office stopped being helpful about half through the process. The headache of dealing with management is not worth the price of the apartment.

Now that we have changed management and have new staff, please reach out and we can further discuss transferring if you are still considering that option. Also, I think our new maintenance staff will definitely meet your expectations for keeping the property up and addressing work orders timely.
