The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello, I would like to take a moment to address your issues. I do understand parking in some areas have been an issue. We are working on a resident permit parking with select visitor parking areas. We will start giving out permits the 1st week in June. Residents that lease garages will need to park in their garage or the private spot in front of their garage. When residents lease an apartment home there is a certain amount of noise you will hear. However, Great Hills was built with double pane windows and condo spec walls. We receive very few noise complaints. We are currently doing renovations on all apartments. We have amazing new finish outs, with all new GE clean steel appliances, granite countertops, dark wood cabinets, build in tvâ??s in the kitchen, new 2â??in blinds and new switch plates. You are moving into a brand new apartment home. I would love for you to drop by view our model. You would be able to transfer onsite. I truly believe in doing the best we can to provide my residents with outstanding CWS customer service. I would love to meet with you about your situation and get this resolved.
