As an assistant manager, being a resident of different apartment communities, and now a recent tenant at these apartments, I think these are actually more nice than where I have lived before, and more appealing than my own properties. I have had problems with roach infestations, alot worse than what I have seen in the unit I live in now at mountain ranch. As staff members we can only provide the treatments for the apartments to help the issue, it's up to the residents to do their part, keeping things sanitized. As of now, the problem with roaches is not a issue. However I do my own treatments, as a habit of living in previous places. If the problem does get out of hand, I'm sure the staff here will do what they should to help with the issue.
The gates have not been broken since I've been here.....yet. I did notice alot of activity by the back exit after business hours, people parking in the circle, hanging out in their cars just parked. The visitor parking issue does bother me, because my company cannot find a parking in the evening time, but at the same it's a good thing, less visitors parking means less visitors, less problems for the community. $20 a month for a parking space is ridiculous in my opinion, we are already paying high rent. but if you don't want to be stuck without a valid parking spot or park far from your apt, residents will pay. Staff members seem to be polite and professional, but at the same time I get a little vibe as to them getting annoyed. I'm still waiting on some things to get done in my unit, but the previous work orders i requested were done in a timely manner. I'm hoping that my stay here will be a good turn out. I've only lived in my previous homes for no more than maybe 1 to 2 years due to different issues. Let's hope this is a good one.....so far so good.
