"Convict Hill," is the appropriate name for this place...even with the new "face lift" of horrible colors and nail holes thru the walls.
This place has very old appliances, some from the 1980s! Darci, the manager, is VERY unsympathetic and exhibits the behavior of someone controlling, who is in charge of "convicts." Barbara, her assistant, is nice, but yields to Darci, her boss. (Many of the reviews here, appear to us renters...to be written by management...sad).
The units feel like a fire trap...as they have floors that hang, without good bracing in the center of bedrooms. You can hear neighbors above and around you...that is terribly disturbing. One can not get a good nights sleep if your neighbor is walking above you or listening to music or even on the phone.
Keep looking and pass this sad place with a very negative manager for someplace that appreciates it's tenants and is truly structurally sound and quiet.
