Building remains ratty looking since the Feb storm 7 months later, hallway carpets with huge spots, holes in wall for kiosks, missing light covers.
Amenities have not been kept in good repair or working order.
Outdoor furniture with cigarette butt holes and rips covered up with ill matching pillows.
Amenities that dont work for 8 months with our being repaired. Screening rooms, gym equipment, televisions and media rooms.

Staff is extremely unprofessional. I don't think anyone that works in the building has any idea what the level of service expectation is for a luxury building regarding their demeanor, tone, and language. Their behavior downgrades the building to a 3 star hotel when they want the appearance of a 5 star. The building is also very inconsistent and lax when it comes to safety and security. Front desk concierges all operate differently.
