I like the location, scenery, the maintenance and the management. It's close to loop one , close to 360 , to drugstore and grocery stores. Plus it's easy for my family to visit me. Most of all my apartment takes care of my needs.

Please see the last page. The cost was the only difficulty for me. Adding a gym would be amazing, although the hills are a workout. The location is the perfect distance between Emma Long and the city.

This is a great peaceful complex. The Management and maintenance staff are awesome. There have only been a few incidents that randomly occur over the 8+ years I have lived here. Residents are generally older, professionals.

Post Park Mesa is comfortable friendly pleasant neighborhood. The maintenance crew are very experienced and knowledgeable and focused on completing a service call. I have lived in several condo complex. Post Park Mesa is the best. Kathaleen Buchanan

I'm a new tenant but I am impressed by the people who work here, with helpful assistance from those in the leasing office and a polite and knowledgeable maintenance man. Also, the grounds are kept up very well.

Nice property, quiet, all nature views. Beautiful fireplaces, pretty large closets. Fitness room is basically nonexistent, has no dumbbells at all. Units I looked at had very small kitchens. I'd say that's the main drawback

Excellent staff onsite! Office staff is helpful and easy to work with and maintenance always available and friendly. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and able to fix most problems. Pool is always well maintained.

Office assistant is very nice and helpful. Old/cheap interior features (carpet, cabinets, appliances). Maintenance supervisor attempts to barge in without knocking and uses inappropriate language while working in your apartment.

This is a hidden treasure in the NW Hills of Austin. The Townhomes are well built, the management & maintenance are super responsive, professional and kind. The community are friendly creating a true neighborhood. Love living here!
