We have lived here for a year and are renewing our lease to continue. We have been happy with the community and the neighbors are great. The units aren't new so we don't expect high end brand new amenities, for what they have it works great. Our dogs love the big back yard and its great not having to mow it. We have had some maintenance concerns but they have been addressed promptly. Overall we have had a positive experience living here.
