Dear Resident, Our team here at Riverlodge thanks you for staying with us during this change. We are happy to say we are nearing the end for our exterior renovation. Our newly renovated apartment homes come with laminate flooring, quartz counter-tops, tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. We have also updated the grounds including our two salt water pools, new aqua lounge, and new grill areas. Being a pet friendly community we strive to keep our fury friends and their parents happy. Our pet park includes a fenced in agility course giving your pet a place to run free and have fun. We thank you for your patience during this time and we are trying our best to keep you updated and happy. We can't wait until our community can enjoy all that we offer. Thanks!

It is always great to hear how comfortable and at home our residents feel, and in such a short time is absolutely amazing. However, the best is yet to come. With our exterior renovations finishing up and warm weather approaching, you will be able to sit poolside at our new Salt Water Pool overlooking Austin's Hill Country. Feel free to invite guests and come check out the new Clubhouse. We have an updated fitness center, game room, and pet spa! Who knows, maybe they will see why Riverlodge is perfect for them too! Valued Resident, Thank You for your continued residency at Riverlodge. I greatly appreciate your honesty. It is always considered a value when residents take pride in the community and provide constructive criticism. Takeovers at communities always make for tough transitions. We are striving to bring out the very best in your community. In regards to your concerns: Trash- As you noted, recent action has been taken to correct this ongoing issue. We are pleased to know our residents notice a difference as well. As for the recycling bags, they used to be provided at no cost to us, but now our vendor charges us per roll. Changes in vendors will be happening shortly so we can provide all of our residents with free recycling bags again. Staffing- We are working diligently to ensure proper staffing in 2017. Phones- This was troublesome when Resource Residential first took over due to the high volume of calls from current/prospective residents and vendors. Recently, fewer calls go unanswered and all phone messages are returned within 24 hours. Pools- The City of Austin's pool regulations changed in recent years, however, Greystar was grandfathered in to past regulations, which allowed them to keep their certificate of operations. When Resource Residential took over, amendments had to be made to the pools to fit the city regulations. These repairs and modifications caused us to close the pool until completion and a new Certification for Operation had been given. Since then we have begun extensive remodeling at both pools including converting to Salt water systems. We have come a long way since we first took over, but understand there are still issues to resolve. Reviews like yours are great so we can see our efforts acknowledged, and get insight into what else our residents think our time and energy should be focused on. Lastly, thank you very deeply for the gracious words about my performance. I am always eager to assist my residents in any way I can. Thanks!

We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, so to know that it shows to our residents makes all the difference. Resource Residential is currently underway with a multi-million dollar renovation, so though we no longer have an on-site laundry facility, all the upgraded apartments will have a washer and dryer provided for our residents. Dear Resident, Here at Riverodge we take great pride in doing our absolute best for our residents. The entire team as well as myself are always here to take care of any problems or issues that may arise.The property truly is fantastic with so much outdoor and green space for everyone to enjoy.
