Elevators are often out of service. Also not timely serviced as per certificate in elevator (expired earlier this year).
Trash chute is STILL out... NO communication, NO alternative and terrible trash situation in alley (where we have to bring it now).
NO COMPENSATION whatsoever from management.
And yet we still have to pay FULL rent for half of necessities/services/amenities as normal.
Maintenance through third party is ALWAYS delayed or wrong parts ordered or NO SHOW of workers. Third party maintenance has not once been seamless..
We pay almost 5k every month for a less than luxurious experience. Would NOT recommend.

We can certainly understand the frustration associated with vendors not showing up as discussed - it is always our intention to get work completed timely and that all scheduled meetings are met.
