Always has challenges with the maintenance since there will be NO ETA for any work ,Need to follow-up with front office and there will be little or no response for work completion .I heard from the maintenance team that they are over stretched and they can't able to support on need basis also provide the ETA . The Security is very poor as there are lot of advertisers knock the door very often and when we reported to front office i heard that they can't monitor who comes into the complex . I suggested to put a poster on the gates that advertisers are not allowed to the complex without office permission (but note done more than a year) . Sewage pipe is broken for last 4 years and not addressed permanently every 3 months there is a overflow of the rest room and I have to clean the house and when the apartment try to bring the plumber to solve temporarily ,Root case is known only because of cost management don't want to invest and solve the problem for the resident .

    Maintenance team had taken one month and not able to resolving your problem in the Apartment . they had ripped of the wall and it is not fixed in my hall and patio and the front office was not able to give me the ETA

      Rents are high and the has less facility ,No park for children to play . In-house Movie Theater doesn't work for last 3 year still making repairs. Maintenance is poor since when we ask to fix the stove or dryer we need to keep followup to get the parts for replacement .it may take 2 -4 weeks

        the community is not Kids friendly,only for family without kids and Retirement community ,there are no nearby parks . The cost of the rent is getting increase every year more than the inflation and pay increase more than 5% to 10 % ,the only reason apparent management team inform us because of market force rent is increasing . from last 3 years I didn't find any useful change that will help the residents .Most of the time in-house theatre is not working in last 3 years and the GYM equipments are old and keep failing .this apparent is more than 20 years old and charge the customer equivalent to new apartments that are build recently

          Our Salary is pegged to inflation and government figure shows the inflation is less than 1.5% for last 10 years and last 2 years the rents are increasing at 4% YOY ..... and we have salary increase is 1.5% ...we request you to consider that as factor in increasing the rent for existing customers
