The leasing office staff is amazing. They are always cheerful, friendly, accommodating, and almost act as a concierge service (i.e. picking up packages, leaving packages at my door when I can't get home in time, logging service requests if needed, sharing future plans of the complex, etc.) Having staff that live on the property is important to me. Its hard to relate to residents if you don't live here every day before and after office hours. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and professional. All service requests have been completed quickly and to my satisfaction. They are friendly at all times and are super nice to my young children. I know their names and like seeing them on the property. The apartment layout and location is perfect for me. I have 2 elementary age kids, so ground floor and courtyard access are invaluable. I'm impressed with the quality and always get compliments from guests who visit. The patio is huge and the cabinet space is larger than my previous house. The pools and amenities are also nice and are used often. The wet lounge is a great option when I want a change of scenery when working from home. The pool areas are kept clean and very nice. The rooftop is probably my favorite place, especially at night or dawn. Things I'd like to see improve or different include 1) residents picking up after their dogs. The courtyard is not the dog park, so please stop allowing them to run off leash and poop everywhere. The dog park by building A3 always smells like poop, so I avoid it and walk through the parking garage instead 2) There is a security breach/gap from the A3 parking garage in stairwell 8 between the elevator and resident first floor entrance. Anyone can enter the garage and that stairwell (8). Anyone can also exit the stairwell to the lower section of the courtyard. My patio opens into the courtyard and I let my kids play out there. A homeless man was found there a couple months ago and it was scary. There needs to be a FOB keypad at the bottom door of stairwell 8 to only allow resident access to the courtyard. 3) The rooftop needs more lighting. If cooking at dusk, you can no longer see your food and eat in the dark. Lights used to be on the pergola, but no longer work and no real plans to change it :( 4) Courtyard by leasing office could use mulch on the lower end and some tables are broken. 5) I would like to see more community events to meet my neighbors. I have plenty of ideas, but a happy hour once a week would be perfect. 6) Breezeway to get mail always smells like garbage outside. The inside hallway smells amazing, but outside is a dumpster. 7) I wish A3 hallway smelled as good as the hallway by mailroom with the large pool and wet lounge. All being said, I'm very happy here and will consider extending my lease. I would recommend this property.
