Since I posted my last review here, Apartment management called me and I have a details discussions with management. They listened my concerns very seriously and I was told any future maintenance tickets will be resolved by 48 hours. As the management explained me in detail , I also understood the reasons for the delay for my previous maintenance issues. . As I could not update my original review, I am writing this new review and give this apartment 3 STAR (Earlier it was 1 STAR) review for now ( I could not give 4 or 5 star at this moment as I need to see how the maintenance and other services goes in near future). I am planing to post another review after 6 months approx to share my experience here. Hoping management will take care of my future maintenance issues as discussed and I should be able to provide 4/5 star ratings based on my experience.
