SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

We're sincerely sorry you've been dealing with this, Chad. We completely understand your frustration. Our maintenance team replaced the interior AC unit today for your apartment. We've taken your feedback as an opportunity to improve the upkeep of our community like the laundry facility. We'd like to continue this conversation with you if you're open to it. We're deeply disappointed to hear this has been your experience and apologize for the delay in our communication. We closed our office unexpectedly on Monday and part of the business day on Tuesday due to sanitation services in our leasing office and sent community-wide communication. Our community has gone through a change in teams and we're eager to make the living experience of our residents better.
