There are noisy neighbors who will wake you up in the middle of the night and do drugs. The structure of the apartment and repairs are not done properly. I have not seen any changes to these issues with the new management.

Apartments are spacious, rent is affordable. Minutes from Domain and local shops. Parking spots are small and guest have to park outside of gate which is not safe at night. Trash bend are always running over an eve sore. Need new appliances.

The quality of the apartments has declined since new ownership. The grounds are not cared for, work orders are extremely delayed and tenants are not required to keep up exterior of apartments. I would no longer recommend living here.
