After living here a year I switched to month-to-month since I was looking to move, which I was told by one of PTC's leasing "professionals" meant I only had to give a 30 day move out notice. My girlfriend and I were literally told this to our face at their office. But, when move out came - they denied it and said it's 60 days. I've noticed lots of reviews seem to mention issues with the office staff. I would've loved to give this place 5 stars but that's difficult to do for a place that is literally stealing $1000 from me ($1200 if they take the deposit after move out too). I would've loved to use my professional background and experience with search engine optimization, google tags/analytics, and social media to their benefit. Instead, I feel betrayed and robbed. Will update further after move out. Hoping this doesn't become a 1 star review.

Alex, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Our goal is to stay true to the highest ethical standards and principles and we do follow the lease contract with our 60-day notice requirement. I appreciate you taking the time to come and talk with me yesterday. While we must be consistent with each resident in regards to what is stated in the lease agreement, we do hope that you have enjoyed your living experience with us and are thankful that you made Preserve at Travis Creek your home. Sincerely, Esther and The Preserve at Travis Creek Team
