I moved to the Preserve because they allowed my large breed dog. (Few apartment communities would, considering he weighs nearly 130lbs.) In addition to being extremely dog friendly, (They have a doggie bakery in the main office) they have several amenities that make you feel more like you live in a odd community than an apartment complex. This includes vast nature trails, a dog park, and even a movie rental area in the office. The only complaint I have is that at times the office staff can be a bit...vacant, but for the most part they are helpful and friendly. I've run into some snooty neighbors, and the occasional family of 12 living in a one room apartment and loud drivers, but for the most part the people are cool.
