Resident 2013 - 2014

4/3/2014

Living at Tramor at the Arboretum has been a singularly wonderful experience. This is a great place to live, particularly if you're a dog owner. The complex does not have breed restrictions and have plenty of clean up areas for your pup. They're great about always keeping the doggy bags stocked and owners are great about actually using said doggy bags. Lots of good neighborhood walks and a couple Greenbelt access points that are easy to get to. The complex is very quiet and the residents are very respectful. My neighbors keep to themselves and I never hear them, but they're very friendly any time we happen to be out at the same time. The complex has tennis courts, two pools, and a 24 hour gym, none of which are ever too busy. On the off chance that it IS too populated for your tastes, you can walk the two blocks to their sister complex and use any of their facilities. I thought I would take advantage of that offer a lot more, but its truly so quiet that I've never had any reason to need the sister facilities. The staff is great to work with- they make any paperwork incredibly easy and they're very accessible for any questions that you might have. Its really nice to have on-site management. At my prior complex, my property management was remote and I was pretty much on my own for any issue I had. Not the case with Tramor. They make themselves very available to their residents and genuinely care about their well-being. They're personable and know everyone's names, even though the complex is large and they must see a ton of people on a daily basis. The location is also great- there's plenty of grocery stores/restaurants/coffee shops within easy walking distance. There are several freeways close by that make commuting easy, but the freeways are also far enough away that you never hear the noise or encounter traffic. Plus, Trader Joe's is opening just up the street. You definitely want to live here- its a well-maintained complex with normal, civilized residents, an awesome pet policy, and unbeatable staff.
