I am utterly confused with these reviews. I lived here in 2007 and I had no problems what so ever. I've never seen a rat, cockroach, or an ant inside my place. The staff was nothing but helpful to me. I just recently moved back here a week ago. My new place is in perfect condition. No mold ( which I've seen on a lot of these reviews) no bugs or rodents I am quite the happy camper here. I am shocked at all these terrible reviews my experience here has always been good. My only possible complaint here so far is that my neighbors porch area is ridiculously trashy. ( as well as my down stairs building neighbor) but frankly that's about all I have to complain about. I like the place and the area.
