I did not have a good experience the first 9 months I lived here. My AC went out in the summer and it took them 3 days to fix it. My heater was broken in the winter and it took 5 days to fix. I have had terrible communication issues with the staff. HOWEVER, Brandi is the new assistant manager. She has turned my experience around. She addressed all of my issues promptly and worked with me to fix them. She was very pleasant to work with and she made the world of difference.
