Please do not live in the Westdale Parke apartment unless you want to experience rude treatment from the leasing office, roach companionship and unexpectedly high charges when you are moving out. If you want to live a happy life or do not have a mood good enough to expend on this apartment, please stay far away from the Wesdale Parke!!! It is almost a nightmare for me to live in the Westdale Parke. The time I spend in living here is an unforgettable sore. When I first moved in, I was welcome by roaches in the way that they were senior house-owners instead. Kitchenwares are their favorite place to stay in and you have to wash everything carefully again before using it. Although the problem was reported to the leasing office, the only effect I can see is the increasing vigor of roaches. Actually, it is not bad when you make friends with roaches. The worst thing is that you may pay for some unexpected charges which the Westdale Parke is consistently committed to rather than to the service for its tenants. I just fell into its trap owning to my naivety. The lease contract is so long with almost 40 pages altogether and I did not read carefully each term. And the staff did not told me one of the very important things is that a move-out written notice is required 60 days before I move out or else the lease will be renewed month to month and 60 day rent will be charged. Although the property should give me a written reminder before the deadline as required in the lease contract, they just put a paper on my door causally, in which most sentences are used to promote its apartment lease except for the last and very short sentence in the end to remind me of submitting a written move-out notice. The reminder is in such a hidden place that I thought the paper was just a promotion and did not pay any attention. So I lost the opportunity to give it my written move-out notice timely and it required me to pay the next 60 day rent. The property hid the reminder behind the promotion just to escape from the legal responsibility and profit from the tenants' inability of finding the so-called reminder. It is an intrigue. When you go to the leasing office to discuss the problem with the staff and managers, you are treated rudely and arrogantly . It is really my impressively unhappy experience. I regret my living here, in the Westdale Parke!!! Friend, I just advise you from my own experience, my suffering from the uncourteous treatment and unreasonably high charge not to move into the Westdale Parke!!!
