I DO NOT recommend anyone to choose this apartment based only on the location, neighborhood and UT shuttle. They will charge you about the one month rent as move out charge when you leave the apartment no matter how cautiously you maintain the cleanliness and other stuffs of the apartment. I moved there on October and stayed till August (just for 9 month). Within 9 months I faced numerous of problems like cockroaches, termites and other maintenance issues, but they charged me extra amount almost one month's rent. They charged monthly pest control from resident but they never provided the service. I requested them online, by phone, and visiting to office several times to treat the apartment with pest control but they never showed up. It was really frustrating. I had to buy pesticide myself and used every week. But they charged me about $100 dollars for pest control as move out charge. Their appliances and materials so obsolete and antique that nothing of them functions properly. When I moved into the apartment there was electric shock in the stove and I requested but never heard for three days and had to visit their office repeatedly. Finally the maintenance people came but couldn't fix the problem properly and left saying those appliances are so old couldn't be fixed properly. They have so cheap and fragile materials in their units that everything will be breakable in one touch, the surfaces on kitchen tables and bathroom are so weak you can see that after one month how they will be teared. their paints on wall are so bad I can not explain, there were so many bumps on wall when I moved into the apartment, I thought they were due to inner surface, but no I found that all were because of their sheetrock. When I moved out, I left the unit cleaner than It was when I moved in. I and my wife spent whole day to clean the apartment. But, the other week they sent me email with the move out charge saying with one month due date. I called the manager who sent me email with that charge. She received phone and replied that she didn't have time to listen and asked me to send email. I sent email mentioning the issues point wise but she replied I don't have time to read email. I again sent email in four line saying that she charged me unexpected and unfair amount, but she replied that she couldn't listen my question. I have never seen such person in my life who don't have 2 minutes to listen to past residents on phone and don't have time to read bullet point issues in email. The management team was so RUDE and INHUMAN that they don't want to listen others. To conclude, please DO NOT be FOOL only looking the neighborhood and TU shuttle there are a lot of better options to choose nearby apartments complexes.
