I moved into the apt July 2019. Since moving in, I have had issues with the upstairs washer leaking and oven/stove being nonfunctional. I notified staff/ maintenance/ manager of situations. A month later, the washer still leaks and the stove is still nonfunctioning. Staff and personnel is both friendly and helpful however, on both reports I was told that the issues where " resolved" and then to find out days later that the washer and stove is both awaiting new parts to be fixed. I am not upset with staff, but communication can be more clear. I did rent this specific unit because of the washer/ dryer unit that comes with the unit instead of having to use washateria. This is frustrating to me considering I am paying a higher rent/ value for this and is it still not working.
