This was my first apartment in Belton,Tx. It was a great place to live. It is a High priced apartment complex. The scenery is great but the workout center is cramped. In other words a last minute thought after contruction was completed. The noise level was not to bad as long as you live in the right part of the complex. I lived in one of the units that had an attached garage. This was great. For the money I believe these are a little pricey, If you have the money and are going to stay in the area for awhile invest in a house even though the mortgage crunch is in full play right now. The maintenance is like any other apartment complex, they peice meal things together costing you more money on electrical bill. The average electrical bill with TXU was about $80.00 for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath... Go figure... Over all, its a good place... Paula was a good manager... Melissa I dont know about did not stay long enough to see if she would be as good as Paula... I enjoyed the pool and hot tub... This was great... Most of the people were great that lived in the complex. The owner and builder of the complex lives down in the Riverfair condominiums. His name is Paul... He is nice man... So if you have problems with the complex seek him out... Overall scall of 1 to 5 - 5 being the best, I would give this complex a 3.5 to 4.0... This rating is given since they seem to rip people with a high rental price. They go up at least a $100.00 a year reagardless of the market price.
