I've lived at Chappell Oaks for almost a year, and it is far and away the best apartment living I've experienced in 15 years as an apartment dweller! The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds and the mature native oak trees are special; it's more like living in a small park than an apartment complex. And most of all the staff are absolutely wonderful. All are professional, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring people who treat their residents as family. They make this property a true community!
