There have been some real annoying people allowed to get apartments here. They have been loud, invasive, and downright rude. Overpriced in my opinion as well. Cops have been here quite often as well.!

I genuinely like this community. If I have ever had an issue the staff has responded quickly and matinence is performed within 24-48 hours which I appreciate. The community is clean and I have never felt unsafe while here.

Very nice community, only complaint is I get charged $25 if I leave my trash out for trash valet. I don't even have one of their trash cans to put my trash in. I emailed about it and never heard back about it

Was very impressed with our community when we moved in in 2021. Not as impressed now. The office seems to worry more about the office than what our community want. Like a play area for children. Neighbors are fabulous, though!

The office lady (Christina) is the best employee on the property and very helpful! However, the management team is quite the opposite. My experience with the management (other than Christina and Jemlix) has been a nightmare.

Facilities are well-maintained and staff is responsive. I don't have any interactions with neighbors and that's how I like it. That said, I know there are sometimes community events available for those who are interested.

This is a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly right down to the maintenance men. I love that they have little get togethers for holidays and the pool is always super clean. I would move here again in a heartbeat.

It was great when I first moved in. Over time we had Greystar as management and it went downhill. Then Bell Partners came and it improved immensely. I was considering moving when I recently heard it selling and we would have new management again.

I love the office staff!??They're so kind and helpful. They're also quick to respond if there's a maintenance issue and quick to rectify the situation. So many of the residents are friendly, too.Overall, it's a wonderful place!
