After a one year residency with Signature Park Apartments I have looked forward to leaving. Although several neighbors have come and gone in the upstairs apartment, every night we listen to the resident walk from one room to another above us. Don't bother getting covered parking, cause the automated lawn sprinkler will just rain on your car every morning before work. Nightly intoxicated gatherings between residents throughout the complex has become normal, especially by the compactor area and the backside by the oil well dereck where I assume people expected things to be quiet. Maintenance personnel where awesome everytime, with no issues. I have noticed police respond to fires from patio grills, but the same week Law Enforcement personnel who lived at Signature Park were doing the same, and even not picking after their pet, so if your not enforcement your forced. Fewer residents now reside at Signature Park, possibly due to the Apartmentt across the street, that appear to be completly full and provide dumpsters from every building area, so there is never having to drive trash to a compactor hoping it works. The track close by is great for walking pets, but offers no security as its an open walkway into the apartments. Its location is nice cause its off the beaten path, but for small convience items the closest option is Walgreens, approx 3-4 miles away. I was amazed more after purchasing a home, that the prices with Tax and utilities combined were at the same price with enclosed garage, nice backyard, and a little more square footage in a great area for about the same price. For temporary living, I believe you can find apartments closer to convience options, with more security, equally loud neighbors for less money if your looking for temporary living for about a year. Cristin is the only staff member that cares, and attempts to provide great service.. but the others are a lost cause, and every replacement has had the same "I don't care, or this is what my paper tells me to say" attitude
